What materials can you cut?
In metal we cut with CNC plasma; in wood we route on three axes. This is what goes through each process:

How long does an order take?
It depends on complexity and volume. Simple pieces usually take a few days; larger projects or production runs are quoted with a specific lead time at the time of quoting.
Do I need the design ready, or do you help me make it?
Either works. If you already have the cutting file, we review it and quote directly. If you only have the idea or a reference, we help you turn it into a machinable design.
How exact is the precision you offer?
In metal we cut to 0.01 mm precision. In wood we work to a ±0.35 mm tolerance. Enough for fine joinery and pieces that must fit on the first try.
Do you handle volume orders or only one-off pieces?
Both. We make one-off pieces for private projects and production runs for builders and contract manufacturers, holding the same tolerance across the whole run.
Where are you located, and do you ship?
Our shop is in Celaya, Guanajuato. We take on local and out-of-town projects — write to us with your location and we will look at it together.
